These 5 days safari will take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park located in western Uganda in the district of Rubirizi, Kasese & Kanungu covering the total areas of 2000km second largest after Murchison falls. In this park we have Kazinga channel connecting L. Edward & L. George with the highest hippo and birds’ populations in Africa. At Ishasha sector, you will not miss seeing lions, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, elephants, topis, waterbucks etc. while on the game drive. Also connected to L. katwe salt slicks and Twins Lakes of the Kichwamba Escarpment with stunning great views making this place the ‘Medley of Wonders’.

Day to Day Program

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Today early morning, we shall meet up and a little briefing about the tour then transfer to western Uganda to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way we shall make several stopovers for Lunch, refreshments relaxation, capturing beautiful scenery. And a stopover break at the Equator circles experience is worth moving around the different crafts and arts shops display. Proceed to Mbarara for lunch and later arrival and check in hotel. Dinner and over at Enshama Game Lodge. Full Board (High mid-Range).

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise.

After your early morning breakfast, we shall embark on to sunrise game drive along the Ishasha sectors to view the early morning grazers and some nocturnal on their way to the bush like lions, elephants, topi, buffaloes among others. Return to the lodge for lunch and we shall go for the afternoon boat cruise along the kazinga channel. These channels have more hippos, birds like kingfishers, African fish eagles among others. Return back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Enshama Game Lodge Full Board. (High mid-range).

Day 3: visit to Lake Katwe Salt Mine.

After your morning breakfast, we shall transfer to lake katwe one of the explosion crater lakes in this area which is salty naturally and the local community practices salt Mine in this lake for their economic livings. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lars savannah grassland vegetation along the way. Return to the lodge for lunch and relax the whole day. Dinner and overnight at Enshama Game Lodge Full Board. (High mid-range).

Day 4: Twin Lakes Hike Experience.

Today, have breakfast and we shall transfer to Katunguru sector toward Kichwamba escarpment to hike the Twins Lake of the Rubirizi. Enjoy viewing the Kyambura gorge savannah scenery and the lakes are extraordinary, beautiful connected together hence regarded as the twin lakes. Back to the lodge for lunch and we shall go for evening game drives to view other animals. Dinner and overnight at Enshama Game Lodge Full Board. (High Mid-range).

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala.

Today early morning being our last day, we shall have breakfast and later we check out of the lodge then we transfer back to Kampala. We shall have en-route lunch on the way to Mbarara city at Igongo cultural center home to the Banyankole culture, and later we shall transfer back to Kampala home.
