  1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified in the payment terms.
  • All clients must provide accurate personal details, including passport information for permit processing where required.
  • Voyage Balquees Ltd reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

1.2 Safari Package Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Safari packages include accommodation, meals as per itinerary, park entrance fees, guided tours, and transportation as specified.
  • Exclusions may include international flights, visas, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities unless stated otherwise.

1.3 Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including visas and health requirements.
  • It is strongly recommended that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

1.4 Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation.
  • Voyage Balquees Ltd is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents during the safari.

1.5 Changes to Itinerary

  • While every effort is made to adhere to the confirmed itinerary, Voyage Balquees Ltd reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, wildlife movements, or park regulations.
  1. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the safari start date.
  • For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed payment platforms.
  • All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
  1. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • The following cancellation charges apply:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total safari cost.
  • 59 to 30 days before departure: 30% of total safari cost.
  • 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost.
  • 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of total safari cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total safari cost.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days, less any bank charges.

3.2 Cancellation by Voyage Balquees Ltd

  • If Voyage Balquees Ltd cancels a safari due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding unforeseen circumstances), clients will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 No Shows & Early Departures

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.
