Bwindi is home to over 800 Mountain gorillas which are estimated to be half of the entire world population of this endangered species of the biggest primates’ close to human DNA of up to 98%. The forest is a tropical with varieties of birds, trees, mammals, insects, moths etc. which is a few remaining tropical rain forest regarded as the UNESCO world heritage site since 1994 with the unique Batwa people who are the inhabitant of the forest their cultures, traditions is rear in the whole world therefore, gorilla tracking in Bwindi is one in a life time experience to enjoy this ultimate experience.
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Today after early morning breakfast, we shall transfer to western Uganda in the district of Kanungu to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. We shall make several stop overs for refreshments, break, lunch expect to see the Equator, River katonga etc. on the way. Arrival and check in lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Tracking
After your breakfast, we shall report for briefing at the briefing center and the ranger will lead us for the tracking, get hiking stick and packed lunch, water enter the forest majestically and encounter the best view of the mountain Gorillas with their babies in a family take photos enjoy viewing the gorillas for an hour and then birds species with their songs in the forest. Return to the lodge rest and in the evening depending on your choice (optional) we shall go for the Batwa trail experience enjoy their traditional dance, performance, lifestyles, dance etc. dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala.
After your breakfast, check out of the lodge, and transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your flight back home with lunch en-route to Kampala.
