DAY 1:  PICK-UP AND TRANSFER TO VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK

On this beautiful day, you will be picked up by our driver guide at your hotel/airport. Thereafter, you will depart Kigali for a 3-hour breathtaking scenic drive to the Volcanoes National Park located in the Northern Province of Rwanda. Upon arrival, you will check in at the Lodge and enjoy lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will visit the Ellen campus museum to have a detailed look into the life of Dian Fossey who dedicated all her life to the conservation of the Gorillas.

Dinner and overnight at Ingagi Parkview Lodge (Full Board)

DAY 2: ULTIMATE GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE

Your day begins with breakfast at 06h30 then head to Kinigi Park reception for briefing at 07h00.  Thereafter, you will be guided through the jungle to search for the shy mountain gorillas. The trek takes about 5hrs including 1 hour with the gorillas. You will get a full briefing of their family formations, and background, and observe their lifestyle in their own habitat and family setting. After this mind-blowing activity, you will return to the lodge for lunch. Your afternoon will be spent at leisure.

DAY 3: TRANSFER TO KIGALI – DEPARTURE

After a relaxed breakfast, you’ll transfer to Kigali for souvenirs and last-minute shopping at key selected shops including Kimironko local market. Thereafter, you will transfer to the airport to catch your flight home.
